Ohmalloy-1J50 iron-nickel alloy (soft magnetic alloy) is mainly used in high magnetic flux, sensitive relay, low loss micro-motor, small power transformer, pulse transformer, transistor switch, magnetic power magnetic modulator, sensitive signal input, and output transformer , Magnetic measurement, air instrument magnetic sensor, magnetic sensitive measuring instrument component, precision instrument removable parts and stator magnetic shielding and magnetic temperature compensation components.
Ohmalloy-1J50 is a nickel–iron magnetic alloy, with about 50% nickel and 48% iron content. It is derived in accordance with permalloy. It has characteristics of high permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density.
Alloy melting in a vacuum medium, cast into ingots, after hot forging blanks made of sheet metal, and then after hot rolling, pickling, surface treatment, cold rolling into finished products.

1. What's the minimum quantity customer can order?
If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you want.
If we do not have, for spool wire, we can produce 1 spool, about 2-3kg. For coil wire, 25kg.
